As a Bilingual Copywriter & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content in Arabic and English, managing Mnzil’s social media presence, and translating business objectives into engaging, on-brand stories across platforms.

???? What You’ll Own
Write high-quality, engaging copy in Arabic and English for social media, marketing campaigns, website content, announcements, and internal communications. Plan, create, publish, and manage content across Mnzil’s social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, X, etc.). Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels. Develop and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and company milestones. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, HR, and Operations teams to turn ideas into impactful content. Track content performance, engagement, and reach, and optimize content based on insights and data. Support launches, campaigns, and events with strong, social-first storytelling.

✅ What You Bring
1–2 years of experience in copywriting, and social media management. Native in Arabic and English. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Experience working with startups, prop-tech, real estate, or tech-driven companies is a plus.
