Digital Marketing Director

Position Overview The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the agency’s digital strategy, managing client campaigns, and driving measurable growth. This role combines strategic leadership, client-facing expertise, and team mentorship to ensure the agency delivers cutting-edge digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.• Identify emerging trends (AI, automation, personalization) and integrate them into campaigns.• Oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, display, content marketing). Client Management• Act as the primary digital advisor for key clients.• Present strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.• Ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as traffic growth, lead generation, and conversion rates. Team Leadership• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital specialists (SEO, PPC, content, social).• Foster collaboration across creative, analytics, and account management teams.• Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Performance & Analytics• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hub Spot).• Optimize conversion funnels and customer journeys.• Report on ROI, CAC, retention, and other key metrics. Budget & Resource Management• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.• Negotiate with vendors and platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.• Proven experience in digital marketing leadership (agency or corporate).• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content, and analytics tools.• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.• Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
