Marketing Specialist
Job Purpose:To execute marketing strategies and plans to increase brand awareness, enhance sales, and achieve company objectives through traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Preparing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional). Managing the company's social media accounts and measuring performance. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Developing marketing content (advertisements, posts, presentations, promotional materials). Coordinating with sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with sales goals. Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparing periodic reports for management. Participating in the organization of events and exhibitions to enhance the company's presence. Managing relationships with advertising agencies and external vendors/suppliers. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Riyadh. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution. Additional responsibilities include building customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales teams to achieve business goals. The role requires active engagement in identifying new market opportunities and continuously analyzing marketing performance metrics to drive improvements.
Qualifications Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and identifying new opportunities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Understanding of Sales practices and support for sales enablement Ability to analyze data and monitor marketing performance for optimization Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software
