With full executive sponsorship, our client is transforming their financial and subscription management stack, and they need a Senior Net Suite Administrator to take ownership of every aspect of Net Suite — from integrations and bundles to billing automation and audit-ready compliance.
Where You’ll Add Value You’ll be the platform lead for Net Suite One World across a global, multi-subsidiary Saa S business. This isn’t just a systems admin role — you’ll be architecting, optimising, and scaling billing, payments, and revenue processes that underpin €500M ARR ambitions. Working at the heart of the Quote-to-Cash engine, you’ll partner with Finance, Rev Ops, Business Applications, and Engineering, while also engaging directly with external vendors. Your expertise will help drive accuracy, speed, and automation across core finance functions.
What You’ll Be Doing Lead administration of Net Suite One World — bundles, permissions, financial modules, and more Own and evolve integrations with Salesforce, Zone Billing, Workato, and payment gateways Drive Q2C and billing improvements: usage rating, price books, invoicing, and revenue recognition Support ARM, multi-book accounting, tax handling, and global compliance with tools like Avalara Create scalable workflows, troubleshoot complex sync errors, and manage change requests Be the go-to Net Suite expert across internal teams and mentor others in its best practice use
What the Client Is Looking For4–7+ years in Net Suite Administration or Consulting in a fast-paced Saa S environment Deep expertise in ARM, usage-based billing, and managing complex integrations Experience with Zone Billing, Avalara, and payment platforms like Adyen or Stripe Advanced ability with SQL and Saved Searches Familiarity with Salesforce Q2C or CPQ, and a willingness to learn Workato Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
