Purpose of the Role Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI Agents and Agentic AI systems, enabling automation, decision support, and intelligent workflows across clinical, financial, and operational products. Build the complete AI foundation—architecture, models, pipelines, governance, and integrations—aligned with the company’s HIS/ERP/RCM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Define and own the AI architecture for agent frameworks, LLMs, orchestration layers, vector databases, and real-time reasoning systems. Build AI Agents & Agentic workflows for coding automation, denial prediction, summarization, triage, and operational decision support. Design and operationalize LLM Ops pipelines including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Build data ingestion pipelines for structured, unstructured, and multimodal data. Integrate AI agents into existing products including React, React Native, Native Mobile, and Spring Boot services. Ensure AI safety, governance, PII handling, and hospital-grade compliance. Manage vendor selection, partnerships, and AI tooling ecosystems. Recruit and lead a high-performance AI engineering team.
Required Competencies Strong understanding of LLM architecture, finetuning, RAG, and Agentic design. Capability to architect scalable production AI systems. Leadership in engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and product alignment. Deep problem-solving with rapid experimentation cycles. Understanding of healthcare workflows and RCM processes (preferred).
Technical Requirements:LLMs & Model Development: - GPT‚Äë4.1 / GPT‚Äë5 class models, Claude 3.5, Llama‚Äë3, Mistral Large - Finetuning with LoRA, QLoRA, DPO, PPO-RLHF - Model hosting via v LLM, TGI, Ray Serve, Deep Speed Agentic Frameworks: - Lang Chain & Lang Graph - Open AI Swarm / Crew AI - Microsoft Autogen - Haystack Agents - Graph-based and knowledge-aware agent systems Retrieval & Vector Databases: - Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus - Hybrid and Multi-stage RAG patterns LLMOps & Data Engineering: - Prompt management (W&B, Prompt Layer) - Observability (Arize, Tru Era) - Evaluation (RAGAS, Deep Eval) - CI/CD for AI models Backend & Integration: - Spring Boot microservices - REST/g RPC - Kafka / Rabbit MQ - Inference inside React, RN, Swift/Kotlin apps
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field.8–12 years of experience with at least 3 years leading AI teams. Proven track record delivering LLM/AI Agent systems into production. Experience in healthcare or regulated industries (preferred).
