Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. Identify new business opportunities and target accounts within the IT sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Collaborate with senior management to define sales objectives, budgets, and performance metrics. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of IT sales professionals. Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for team members. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members achieve their goals. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Lead negotiations and close sales contracts with strategic accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client relationships. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Monitor sales performance against targets and take proactive measures to address gaps. Analyze sales data, trends, and forecasts to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Implement sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for senior management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Proactively identify opportunities to add value and exceed customer expectations. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to promote loyalty and retention. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in IT sales management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. Deep understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
