Saudi Telesales Representative with experience in Direct Sales : profiles who had previously worked in roles involving direct interaction with potential customers to promote and sell banking products and financial services. This often includes field-based experience. The role is a hybrid between an Outside Sales Representative and a Call Center Agent or Telesales, combining proactive outbound sales efforts with strong customer engagement skills. We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative with strong experience in Direct Sales, particularly in the banking and financial services sector. This is a hybrid role, combining telesales expertise with occasional field-based client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting proactive outbound calls to promote and sell financial products, mainly credit cards and personal loans, on behalf of our partner banks in KSA. Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound telesales calls to prospective customers to present and sell banking products.· Explain features, benefits, and terms of credit cards, loans, and other financial offerings clearly and persuasively.· Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent phone-based engagement.· Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with confidence and professionalism.· Follow up on leads via phone and schedule in-person meetings if needed to close high-potential deals.· Maintain accurate records of all telesales interactions and update the CRM system regularly.· Stay updated on new banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.· Ensure compliance with all sales regulations and internal policies. Required Qualifications: · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas via phone-based outreach.· Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.· Experience selling credit cards, loans, or similar financial products is highly preferred.· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.· Positive attitude, customer-oriented approach, and resilience under pressure.· Must be currently based in KSA or willing to relocate.
