Job Description The Pre-Sales & Technical Support is a customer-focused technical professional responsible for providing pre-sales technical support, solution design, and after-sales assistance. The Engineer works closely with the sales and engineering teams to prepare proposals, present solutions, and ensure successful implementation and support for telecom systems.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Support the sales team with technical expertise during the pre-sales stage. • Prepare technical proposals, and solution presentations for customers. • Assist in field trials, customer demonstrations, and product training. • Provide after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and site visits when required. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and technologies. • Coordinate with international partners and customers for technical clarifications.
Candidate Qualifications: • Only Saudi. • Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Telecom, Electrical Engineering, or related field. • Fresh graduates are welcome (0 – 1 year experience). • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Fluent in English. • Willing to travel within the Kingdom or internationally.
