Company: Radcare Medical Company Job Summary Radcare Medical Company is seeking a Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our diagnostic team. The specialist will be responsible for performing advanced laboratory procedures, ensuring quality accuracy, and supporting compliance with accreditation standards such as CBAHI and MOH. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and serology. Validate and analyze test results with high accuracy and reliability. Ensure all lab operations follow CBAHI, CAP (if applicable), and MOH standards. Monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and troubleshoot technical issues. Ensure proper specimen handling, storage, and documentation. Participate in internal audits and accreditation preparation. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or related field. Valid SCFHS classification & registration as a Medical Laboratory Specialist. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory. Strong background in CBAHI standards, QC/QA procedures, and documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
