Key Accountabilities:
1-Cybersecurity Strategy and Governance
- Define and guide the implementation of the organization’s cybersecurity strategy.
- Ensure alignment of security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
2-Enterprise Risk and Threat Management
- Oversee enterprise-level cyber risk assessments and threat modeling activities.
- Ensure prioritization and mitigation of high-impact vulnerabilities and security gaps
3-Security Architecture and Resilience
- Lead the design and validation of secure infrastructure and system architectures.
- Drive the integration of security controls across IT and business platforms
4-Incident Response and Crisis Management
- Direct the organization’s incident response framework and oversee high-severity incident handling.
- Ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future preparedness plans.
5-Regulatory Compliance and Data Protection
- Ensure compliance with national and international cybersecurity laws and data protection regulations.
- Guide the implementation of privacy and security controls across all operations
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferably
Years and Nature of Experience:
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in a related industry
