The Job Holder actively monitors and drives compliance activities.


Key Accountabilities

Functional

  • Involved in the development and implementation of an effective compliance program
  • Be part of team who create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
  • Draft and revise company policies


Operational

  • Proactively check processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
  • Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
  • Collaborate with internal departments when needed
  • Involved in setting up of plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation


Generic Responsibilities

  • Prepare required reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties as and when required


Required Job Specifications

  • Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance / Accounting / Economics
  • Professional Experience 1 – 2 Years of Experience In Related Felid

  • Review of contracts, agreements, laws and regulations
