Job Purpose
Lead the development of a consistent editorial brand identity for RCU and establish its online presence, and ensure that stakeholders and audience have a positive view towards RCU and its products or services.
Functional Responsibilities
1- Lead planning programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes.
2- Contribute in leading all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
3- Discover ways to enhance the efficiency and productivity of procedures and people.
4- Provide editorial support to team members.
5- Overlook the content of all publications for RCU including (newsletters, internal communications messages, annual reports, brochures, etc.).
6- Formulate a cross-platform content strategy.
7- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
8- Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media, and web portals.
9- Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
10- Perform any other job-related duties required by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Linguistics, Languages and Translation, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 8 years of relevant experience.
Other Requirements
- Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic & English languages.
- Excellent communication skills.
