Responsibilities
- Manage the CISO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Organize and coordinate cybersecurity team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of meeting materials.
- Schedule and coordinate external meetings with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cybersecurity-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records.
- Organize and manage electronic and paper filing systems.
- Support the CISO in managing cybersecurity projects, including tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
- Monitor and track the cybersecurity department’s budget and expenses.
- Prepare expense reports and assist with budget planning.
- Order and maintain office supplies for the cybersecurity department.
- Ensure the cybersecurity office area is organized and equipped.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and concepts is a plus.
