If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply!<br/><br/>Our people make all the difference in our success.<br/><br/>The Sales Associate Analyst provides administrative and operational Support to the Sales Team.<br/><br/>This may include supporting and contributing to projects, goals, and budgets which require specific knowledge of sales activities in a given market/geography.<br/><br/>Interacts with underwriting in coordinating rate quotes, with brokers to help manage flow of proposal packages and quotes, and with employer groups in resolving daily service issues.<br/><br/>Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.<br/><br/>Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>· To manage quote requests and proposals from Quote tool, Vlocity and manual process for all locations and for both SME and corporate team(direct and broker)<br/><br/>· Mailbox management- 20 to 25 action items per day(as per team workload)<br/><br/>· Daily reporting of figures<br/><br/>· Working collaboratively within the support and broader sales team<br/><br/>· Responding to underwriters, broker and client’s queries<br/><br/>· Supporting important sales projects<br/><br/>· Building trust/relationships with internal teams and brokers/clients<br/><br/>· Salesforce management, reports and internal calls<br/><br/>· Product mastery<br/><br/>· Contribute towards building and improvisation of internal processes and guidelines<br/><br/>· Supporting sales team and enabling them to sell when they are away for meetings<br/><br/>· Business awareness and prioritization<br/><br/>Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or Insurance<br/><br/>- min 3 years experience in Sales Support or insurance is preferred<br/><br/>- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Ms and CRM
