Job Description

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, contributing to the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of store organization and appearance. You will also play a key role in providing a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience, helping customers choose the right products, and contributing to the store's success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Possess full product knowledge, including features of shapewear, sizing, and the benefits of each product.
• Execute sales and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize products attractively.
• Assist in inventory stocking, management, and warehouse organization.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and purchases.
• Stay updated on promotions, new products, and company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred; experience in the fashion industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
