About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Seller Operations Graduate to join our growing team at Trendyol in Riyadh.

In this role, you will support our sellers in their daily operations, help improve their performance, and contribute to delivering an excellent marketplace experience. You will work closely with internal teams and sellers to resolve operational challenges, improve processes, and support business growth.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Support sellers in managing their daily marketplace operations and meeting customer expectations.

  • Communicate regularly with sellers, providing guidance and resolving operational issues.

  • Monitor seller performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Assist sellers in understanding marketplace processes, new projects, and operational requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Category Management, Customer Experience, and logistics partners, to resolve seller-related issues.

  • Support initiatives focused on improving ticket resolution, same-day shipment, and delivery performance.

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent Arabic and English speaker with the ability to communicate effectively with sellers.

  • Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.

  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
