Position: Head – Transmission Line
Job Overview
Lead the Transmission Line business in Saudi Arabia, overseeing project execution, business operations, P&L, profitability, client relationships, and business growth. Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of high-voltage transmission line projects in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of HV/EHV transmission line projects, preferably 380 kV and above.
- Manage project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Drive business performance, including P&L, budgeting, profitability, cash flow, and cost control.
- Manage key client relationships, particularly with SEC and National Grid KSA.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, HSE, and Saudi regulatory requirements.
- Lead project managers and large project teams, optimize resources, and mitigate project risks.
- Drive operational excellence, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in high-voltage transmission line projects, preferably 380 kV and above.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project/operational experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in EPC project management, P&L ownership, commercial management, and contract administration.
- Strong experience handling SEC/National Grid KSA projects and managing large teams.
