The company announces a job vacancy for the position of Digital Transformation Director, to lead strategic directions for digital transformation, digital business and service development, and enhance corporate innovation and change management, contributing to achieving strategic objectives, increasing efficiency, and delivering sustainable added value  for a government entity in Riyadh.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing digital transformation initiatives, platforms, and digital services in line with the organization's strategy and objectives.
• Leading corporate innovation initiatives, exploring emerging technologies, and developing programs and enablers supporting innovation.
• Assessing digital maturity levels, identifying improvement opportunities, and establishing necessary initiatives to enhance digital maturity and governance.
• Preparing and developing a digital transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are linked to strategic priorities and business needs.
• Leading change management activities and stakeholder communication, and organizing workshops to ensure alignment and support the adoption of digital initiatives.
• Fostering collaboration and integration between business sectors and technical teams, tracking initiative execution, and ensuring target achievement.
• Measuring the impact of digital initiatives, tracking key performance indicators, and evaluating realized value and its contribution to achieving organizational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Practical experience in digital transformation and digital business.
• Strong knowledge of digital strategy, business models, and digital service development.
• Experience in corporate innovation, emerging technologies, and digital maturity assessment.
• Advanced skills in communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and professional relationship building.
• Ability to lead workshops, manage change, and coordinate across various management levels.
• Ability to align strategic objectives, business needs, and digital initiatives.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Saudi nationality is preferred.
• Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in government projects or entities.

Nature of the Job

A strategic leadership role focused on digital transformation, digital business development, and realizing institutional value, rather than technical operations or software development. Therefore, priority will be given to candidates with a deep understanding of digital business, the ability to lead strategic initiatives, integrate business needs with digital solutions, and measure the resulting impact.
