Job Details

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and accounting records in compliance with Saudi regulations.

  • Record and review journal entries, invoices, expenses, revenue, and accounting transactions.

  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

  • Prepare periodic financial and management reports.

  • Manage payroll-related accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations.

  • Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements and e-invoicing (Fatoora).

  • Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding payments.

  • Support cost analysis and monitor operational and project-related expenses.

  • Analyze financial data and variances and provide relevant insights to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an industrial or equipment-related company in Saudi Arabia.

    • Practical knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA, and e-invoicing (Fatoora) requirements.

    • Proficiency in Qoyod accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

    • Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, VAT filing, and payroll accounting.

    • Knowledge of cost accounting and operational expense analysis is preferred.

    • Professional certification such as SOCPA, CMA, or CPA is an advantage.

    • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
