About the Role

Reef Alhurair is seeking a Saudi national to join the operations team for its aquaculture project in Hail. This full-time position, titled Aquaculture Specialist / Supervisor, is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The final job title will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will contribute to the operational activities of the aquaculture project. This role is suitable for individuals with a background or genuine interest in aquaculture or related fields, who are keen on hands-on work and developing a career in fish farming. Fresh graduates from relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply and will receive practical experience and learning opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Saudi nationality.
• Degree or qualification in a relevant field such as Aquaculture, Biology, Marine Science, Agriculture, Animal Production, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of or interest in fish farming and aquaculture.
• Previous experience in fish farms is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on operational environment.
• Willingness to learn about Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).
• Commitment, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn and develop.
