About the Role

Zahran Maintenance & Operation Co. is looking for a Security Guard to join its team in Abha, Asir. This full-time role aims to protect property and maintain order within the workplace through regular monitoring and controlling access. The role requires two to five years of experience in the security field.

Job Purpose

The primary mission of the Security Guard is to provide a safe and secure work environment. This includes conducting regular patrols and monitoring property to prevent theft and vandalism, as well as regulating and monitoring all entry and exit points to ensure compliance with established security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit operations to and from the facility, issuing the necessary permits accordingly.
• Verify the identities of suppliers and visitors, register their details, and issue entry permits to them.
• Conduct regular security patrols in the workplace, checking gates, doors, and windows to ensure they are closed and secured.
• Patrol among visitors and employees to maintain order, protect property, and disseminate security regulations within the facility.
• Respond immediately to security alarms and investigate any incidents occurring within the facility.
• Contact fire departments, ambulance services, or police when necessary, and report incidents to senior management.
• Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures approved by the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging between two to five years in the field of security or guarding.
• Ability to effectively monitor property and control access.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with visitors and employees.
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents and handle emergency situations.

Work Environment

The Security Guard works full-time at Zahran Maintenance & Operation Co. sites in Abha, Asir. The job requires constant vigilance and attentiveness to ensure the security and safety of the facility and all personnel within it.
