Job Description
Fairmont The Re Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional mocktails and beverages while delivering outstanding service in our upscale resort environment. You will be the face of our bar operations, creating memorable experiences for our guests through your expertise, professionalism, and engaging personality.
Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor / Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly maintained
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverage selections and menu offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments with precision
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and ensuring repeat visits
- Maintain composure and efficiency during peak service periods in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all company policies and procedures while representing the Raffles brand with excellence
Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience in a luxury hospitality or upscale resort setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Mocktail preparation, and beverage service standards
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and bar management software
- Strong understanding of non-alcoholic beverages
- Excellent cash handling and inventory management skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse guests
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Knowledge of health, safety
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and hospitality expectations is preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues

يبحث فندق فيرمونت البحر الأحمر في أملج بالمملكة العربية السعودية عن ساقي بار (Bartender) ماهر ويركز على خدمة العملاء للانضمام إلى فريق الضيافة الديناميكي لدينا. في هذا الدور، ستعمل على إعداد كوكتيلات خالية من الكحول (موكتايل) ومشروبات استثنائية مع تقديم خدمة متميزة في بيئة منتجعنا الراقية. ستكون واجهة عمليات البار لدينا، وستخلق تجارب لا تُنسى لضيوفنا من خلال خبرتك واحترافيتك وشخصيتك الجذابة.
بالرفع إلى مشرف المنفذ / مدير المنفذ، ستكون مسؤولاً عن، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- إعداد وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من المشروبات غير الكحولية وفقاً للوصفات المعتمدة وتفضيلات الضيوف
- الحفاظ على محطة بار نظيفة ومُنظمة ومجهزة بالكامل، مع ضمان صيانة جميع المعدات والأواني الزجاجية بشكل صحيح
- تقديم توصيات قائمة على معرفة واسعة بشأن خيارات المشروبات وعروض القائمة لتعزيز رضا الضيوف
- معالجة المعاملات بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع (POS) والتعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية وبالبطاقات بإتقان
- مراقبة وإدارة مخزون البار، بما في ذلك مستويات المخزون، وطلب المستلزمات، وتقليل الهدر
- الالتزام بجميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة والنظافة والتعقيم
- التعاون مع فرق الخدمة الأمامية والخلفية لضمان تقديم خدمة سلسة ومتكاملة
- التواصل مع الضيوف بأسلوب ودود واحترافي، وبناء علاقات طيبة لضمان تكرار زياراتهم

- خبرة مثبتة كـ ساقي بار في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة أو المنتجات الراقية
- معرفة شاملة بطرق تحضير الموكتايل ومعايير خدمة المشروبات
- إتقان استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) وبرامج إدارة البار
- فهم قوي للمشروبات غير الكحولية
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع النقد وإدارة المخزون
- مهارات استثنائية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل مع الآخرين مع القدرة على التعامل مع ضيوف متنوعين
- اللياقة البدنية للوقوف لفترات طويلة والعمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة والمظهر العام
