Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a Project Engineer (Onshore)-Electrical & Communication background with PMC experience in contract administration, co-ordination, project support activities. in onshore oil & gas projects to work in our PMS project in Alkhafji - KSA
The Project Engineer will report to the Project Head and/or Senior Project Engineer as appropriate and will liaise with all design/construction disciplines during Tendering, Design, and Construction Stages. Project Engineer shall as be delegated by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills)
- At least Ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for onshore projects.
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
- Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in the appropriate field

تبحث بينسبين www.penspen.com عن مهندس مشروع (برّي) - خلفية في الكهرباء والاتصالات مع خبرة في استشارات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) في إدارة العقود والتنسيق وأنشطة دعم المشاريع في مشاريع النفط والغاز البرية للعمل في مشروع إدارة الخدمات (PMS) التابع لنا في الخفجي - المملكة العربية السعودية.
سيرفع مهندس المشروع تقاريره إلى رئيس المشروع و/أو كبير مهندسي المشروع حسب الاقتضاء، وسيتواصل مع كافة تخصصات التصميم والإنشاء خلال مراحل المناقصة والتصميم والإنشاء. ويتولى مهندس المشروع المهام التي يفوضها إليه رئيس المشروع أو كبير مهندسي المشروع.
المعرفة / الخبرة (المهارات)
- خبرة لا تقل عن عشر (10) سنوات في الهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاء وإدارة العقود والتنسيق وأنشطة دعم المشاريع للمشاريع البرية.
- تُعد المعرفة بمعايير وإجراءات/ممارسات أرامكو السعودية ميزة إضافية.
- تُعد الخبرة السابقة في مرحلتي الإنشاء والتشغيل ميزة إضافية ولكنها ليست إلزامية.
- إتقان استخدام الحاسوب وجميع برامج Microsoft، ولا سيما إتقان برامج Word وExcel.
