Role Description The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks in residential and commercial spaces. Key duties include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as cleaning restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and designated workspaces. The role may involve specialized cleaning such as window cleaning, carpet care, and deep cleaning tasks according to client requirements. The Cleaning Specialist is expected to follow safety guidelines, use cleaning equipment and products correctly, report maintenance or cleanliness issues, and maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Cleaning and familiarity with procedures for offices, retail spaces, and other business facilities.
• Proficiency in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning, including routine and deep cleaning of residential areas.
• Skills in Window Cleaning, with attention to detail and safety when handling glass surfaces and related equipment.
• Ability to perform Carpet cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, spot treatment, and basic stain removal.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow checklists and instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Basic communication skills to interact with clients and team members; prior cleaning industry experience is an advantage.
