Job responsibilities:

• Implementation and execution of the determined plan;
• Organization of uninterrupted, profitable operation of the store;
• Monitoring compliance with all technologies and business processes;
• Ensuring sales growth and cost minimization;
• Providing the necessary reports in a timely manner;
• Conducting all necessary administrative work;
• Active use of the principles of staff management - creating a better team;
• Motivation, training and improvement of employees to achieve high results and their further development in the company;
• Ensuring effective interaction with the central office;
• Interaction with external inspection authorities.
