Job Role: SailPoint Consultant Experience: 5 6+ Years Employment Type: Contract Location: Saudi Arabia / India (Both options can be considered)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring SailPoint Identity Governance solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering SailPoint implementation projects and should be capable of working independently in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end SailPoint implementation projects , including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, workflows, policies, and roles.
• Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and integrations.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, Active Directory, databases, HR systems, and other identity sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint implementations and integrations.
• Participate in solution design and prepare technical documentation.
• Work closely with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Ensure implementation follows security, compliance, and identity governance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 6+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity Governance.
• Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint implementation projects.
• Excellent knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow .
• Strong experience with SailPoint configuration, customization, workflows, rules, policies, certifications, and provisioning.
• Experience with SailPoint connectors and application integrations.
• Good understanding of IAM, IGA, Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, and Access Governance .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Java, SQL, APIs, and related integration technologies is preferred.
• Experience working on enterprise-level IAM/IGA implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with strong end-to-end SailPoint implementation experience are preferred.
• Must be technically strong and capable of handling implementation activities independently.
