Job Purpose: As Manager Accounting, your role is to oversee the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing accounting operations, financial analysis, and compliance with financial regulations
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Manage accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations IFRS.
- Coordinate and manage external audits.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
- Manage accounting systems and software.
- Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent. A master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting. 2 years in a managerial role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience working in KSA and understanding of local nuances.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Arabic.

الهدف الوظيفي: بصفتك مديراً للمحاسبة، تتمثل مهمتك في الإشراف على قسم المحاسبة وضمان إعداد التقارير المالية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد. وتتولى هذه الوظيفة مسؤولية إدارة العمليات المحاسبية، والتحليل المالي، والالتزام باللوائح والأنظمة المالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة، والحسابات المدينة، والدفتر العام، والرواتب.
- إدارة موظفي المحاسبة، بما في ذلك التوظيف والتدريب وتقييم الأداء.
- إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية، بما في ذلك الميزانيات العمومية، وقوائم الدخل، وقوائم التدفقات النقدية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية.
- ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير واللوائح المحاسبية الدولية (IFRS).
- تنسيق وإدارة عمليات التدقيق الخارجي.
- إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ تدابير خفض التكاليف وتحسين العمليات.
- إدارة الأنظمة والبرامج المحاسبية.
- تقديم التحليل المالي والدعم لاتخاذ القرارات.
المؤهلات العلمية والخبرة
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها. ويفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة تزيد عن 10 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، منها سنتان في دور إداري.
المعارف والمهارات والقدرات
- فهم قوي للمبادئ والممارسات المحاسبية.
- خبرة في إعداد التقارير المالية والتحليل المالي.
- مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- إجادة استخدام البرامج والأنظمة المحاسبية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعلاقات مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على إدارة عدة مهام والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل بالمملكة العربية السعودية وفهم التفاصيل المحلية الدقيقة.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية كتابة وتحدثاً بطلاقة.
