Job Description
- Maintain central replenishment at item / store level to assure the best availability of the product as per the
set MDQ in the system and stores forecasted requirements.
- Maintain the central replenishment of the product at the DC level that is measured via availability.
- Maintain the replenishment attributes for the products and the DC and store level that are measured via
availability.
- Maintain the replenishment parameters in the system following right replenishment process that is measured
via system health check.
- Handling the weekly promo cycle from planning perspective (product forecasting, ordering and allocation to
the stores) that is measured via promo availability, promo left over, and forecast accuracy.
- Controlling the inventory level to meet the inventory target
- Seek an exit plan for overstock/aged/near expiry items to balance inventory and achieve negative working
capital.
- Conducting analysis to evaluate business performance and identify the areas of improvement and suggest the
solutions
- Design and generate weekly and monthly statistical forecasting reports related to his/her assigned categories
for better decisions making.
- Communicate timely volume forecast with top suppliers in order to assure high vendor service level.
- Evaluate the monthly supplier forecast to improve it if needed
- Participating in Supply Chain and company projects to achieve the business objectives
Skills Description
Bachelor’s Degree in sciences, Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
- Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Tableau.
- Good communication skills
- Time Management Skills
- Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and planning.
- Strong analytical & mathematical abilities.
- Details oriented & extreme accuracy is needed.
- Language (Arabic/English)
الوصف الوظيفي
- الحفاظ على إعادة التزويد المركزي على مستوى الصنف / المتجر لضمان أفضل توفر للمنتج وفقًا لـ
الحد الأدنى لكمية التوريد (MDQ) المحدد في النظام ومتطلبات المتاجر المتوقعة.
- الحفاظ على إعادة التزويد المركزي للمنتج على مستوى مركز التوزيع (DC) والتي تُقاس من خلال التوفر.
- الحفاظ على خصائص إعادة التزويد للمنتجات وعلى مستوى مركز التوزيع والمتجر والتي تُقاس من خلال
التوفر.
- الحفاظ على معايير إعادة التزويد في النظام باتباع عملية إعادة التزويد الصحيحة والتي تُقاس
من خلال فحص سلامة النظام.
- إدارة دورة العروض الترويجية الأسبوعية من منظور التخطيط (التنبؤ بالمنتج، والطلب، والتوزيع على
المتاجر) والتي تُقاس من خلال توفر العروض، والمتبقي منها، ودقة التنبؤ.
- التحكم في مستوى المخزون لتحقيق المخزون المستهدف
- البحث عن خطة خروج للأصناف الفائضة/القديمة/القريبة من انتهاء الصلاحية لموازنة المخزون وتحقيق رأس مال عامل
سالب.
- إجراء التحليلات لتقييم أداء الأعمال وتحديد مجالات التحسين واقتراح
الحلول
- تصميم وإصدار تقارير التنبؤ الإحصائي الأسبوعية والشهرية المتعلقة بالفئات المسندة إليه/إليها
لاتخاذ قرارات أفضل.
- التواصل بشأن التنبؤات بالحجم في الوقت المناسب مع كبار الموردين لضمان مستوى خدمة عالٍ من الموردين.
- تقييم التنبؤ الشهري للموردين لتحسينه إذا لزم الأمر
- المشاركة في مشاريع سلسلة التوريد والشركة لتحقيق أهداف العمل
وصف المهارات
درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد، أو الهندسة.
القدرة على العمل بنجاح مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.
- مهارات حاسوبية قوية ومثبتة، بما في ذلك Microsoft Office وTableau.
