About the Role

PaxOcean is seeking a Driver to join their team in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves the safe and efficient transportation of workers between accommodation facilities and the project site/yard, ensuring adherence to all safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport workers between dormitory and yard according to scheduled timings.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company safety regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, including fuel level, engine condition, and cleanliness.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Assist in coordinating transport schedules when required.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability in all transportation duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license, with the appropriate class for the assigned vehicle (*, bus/van).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in worker transportation.
• Good knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes within Al Jubail.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
• Physically fit and able to work in a site-based environment.

Education

A Diploma in Others is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular presence at the project site and worker accommodation facilities.
