Required Experience: 1 - 2 years in organizing and managing crowds. Organize visitor movement paths, entry, and exit in coordination with the organizing teams. Implement security and evacuation plans approved by the relevant authorities and bodies. Deploy organizers to gates, vital sections, and passageways. Direct crowds and manage peak times and gatherings to prevent congestion. Coordinate directly with medical and security teams in the event of any emergency. Monitor traffic flow and guide visitors in event areas and stands.
