Required Experience: 1 - 2 years in sales operations and customer communication. Follow up on sales operations and receive customer orders in the Saudi market. Prepare and document price quotations and sales transactions in the accounting system. Follow up on the collection of financial dues from customers in coordination with the accounting department. Build a customer database and periodically update their contact information. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service delivery to the customer as agreed. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
