Job description
Coordinate and direct vehicles according to operational requirements
Communicate and coordinate with heavy transport drivers and carriers
Search for and communicate with suitable drivers and transporters for available loads
Collect, organize, and update driver and carrier information
Follow up with drivers and ensure they are ready when suitable loads become available
Support the Operations Team with daily tasks and operational follow-ups
Update data and reports using computer systems
Communicate with relevant parties and follow up on requests and updates
Skills
1–2 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, or a related field. Less experience may be considered for the right candidate
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and carriers
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Fast learner with good problem-solving skills
Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team

تنسيق وتوجيه المركبات وفقاً للمتطلبات التشغيلية
التواصل والتنسيق مع سائقي النقل الثقيل وشركات النقل
البحث عن سائقين وناقلين مناسبين والتواصل معهم للحمولات المتاحة
جمع وتنظيم وتحديث معلومات السائقين وشركات النقل
متابعة السائقين والتأكد من جاهزيتهم عند توفر الحمولات المناسبة
دعم فريق العمليات في المهام اليومية والمتابعات التشغيلية
تحديث البيانات والتقارير باستخدام أنظمة الكمبيوتر
التواصل مع الجهات ذات الصلة ومتابعة الطلبات والتحديثات
المهارات
خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنة في العمليات أو النقل أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال ذي صلة. يمكن النظر في خبرة أقل للمرشح المناسب
إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
مهارات جيدة في استخدام الكمبيوتر ومعرفة ببرامج Microsoft Office
مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق والمتابعة
القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع السائقين وشركات النقل
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة
سريع التعلم ويمتلك مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات
شخص موثوق ومنظم وقادر على العمل ضمن فريق
