The client is appointing a Director to own security and asset protection across its national network, together with the estate and fleet that keep that network moving. This is not a guarding role. It is accountability for the integrity of everything that moves, sits or is stored under the group's name. The mandate

• Security operations across every site in the Kingdom, run as one system rather than a collection of posts
• Asset protection, loss prevention and loss investigation, with the numbers to show it is working
• CCTV, access control and physical security systems: standards, upgrades and integration
• Facilities, utilities and the estate that supports the network
• Fleet: compliance, utilisation and cost

Desired Candidate Profile

What we are looking for

• You have run a distributed security operation across many sites, not one
• You have done asset protection or loss prevention in logistics, retail or a comparable high-volume environment
• You can lead a large frontline Saudi workforce and are serious about building a career path for it
• You bring facilities and fleet competence, or the judgement to hire it beneath you and hold it to account
• Arabic is essential
• We are looking for someone who understands the difference between guarding a site and protecting an asset.
• Open to Saudi nationals.
