Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled DNS Administrator to manage and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) environments.
The role will provide hands-on administration and troubleshooting across Microsoft DNS, Active Directory-integrated DNS, Infoblox DDI, DNSSEC, RPZ, Azure DNS, AWS Route 53, and IPAM.
The successful candidate will maintain reliable, secure, and highly available DNS services across large-scale enterprise and hybrid cloud environments. The role requires strong knowledge of DNS architecture, zone management, delegation, troubleshooting, security, and network services.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise DNS, DHCP & IPAM Administration Manage and maintain enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM/DDI environments. Provide hands-on administration and support for large-scale DNS services. Manage DNS zones, records, delegations, and DNS architecture. Administer Microsoft DNS, Active Directory-integrated DNS, and DHCP. Support Infoblox DDI platforms and associated network services. Perform routine configuration, maintenance, and operational checks. Ensure reliable and consistent DNS, DHCP, and IPAM service delivery. Support approved infrastructure changes and maintenance activities. DNS Security & Threat Mitigation Implement and support DNS security technologies including DNSSEC and Response Policy Zones (RPZ). Monitor and troubleshoot DNS security issues and potential threats. Apply DNS threat-mitigation techniques to protect enterprise environments. Maintain secure DNS configurations and support DNS security solutions. Assist with identifying, investigating, and resolving DNS security incidents. Hybrid Cloud & Network Services Support DNS services in hybrid cloud environments, including Azure DNS and AWS Route 53. Assist with integration and management of cloud-based DNS services. Support IPAM solutions and network service automation. Work with network and infrastructure teams to maintain reliable DNS and DHCP services. Support DNS-related changes across enterprise and cloud environments. Assist with network service integration and troubleshooting. Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Incident Management Monitor DNS services and respond to alerts and incidents. Use DNS monitoring, logging, and diagnostic tools to investigate issues. Diagnose and resolve DNS, DHCP, and IPAM-related problems. Troubleshoot DNS protocols, zone management, delegation, and architecture issues. Investigate DNS resolution, availability, and configuration problems. Support critical production environments and maintain service reliability. Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors when required. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams. Documentation & Operational Support Maintain accurate DNS, DHCP, and IPAM documentation. Document DNS configurations, zone management, delegations, and procedures. Maintain operational records and technical documentation. Support infrastructure changes and maintenance activities. Follow security, change-management, and operational procedures. Identify recurring issues and contribute to service reliability improvements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM/DDI environments. Hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI platforms. Strong experience managing DNS services in large-scale enterprise environments. Experience with Microsoft DNS, Active Directory-integrated DNS, and DHCP. Strong knowledge of DNS protocols, zone management, delegation, and DNS architecture. Experience with DNS security technologies including DNSSEC and RPZ. Knowledge of DNS threat-mitigation techniques and security practices. Experience supporting hybrid cloud DNS environments, including Azure DNS and AWS Route 53. Hands-on experience with IPAM solutions and network service automation. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and firewall concepts. Experience using DNS monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting critical production environments is preferred. Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.

Preferred Experience Experience with Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) and load-balancing technologies. Experience supporting critical enterprise production environments. Experience in large-scale DNS and DDI infrastructure. Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-platform DNS environments. Banking or financial services experience. Experience with DNS automation and network service integration.
