Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Batch Plant Operator, located in Jeddah. The Batch Plant Operator will be responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining a precast concrete batch plant. Daily tasks include monitoring batching equipment, mixing concrete according to specified requirements, conducting regular equipment checks, ensuring quality control standards are met, and coordinating with the production team to meet project deadlines. The operator will ensure adherence to safety standards and perform routine maintenance to keep the plant running efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of batching equipment operations, concrete mixing processes, and familiarity with precast concrete production. Ability to perform equipment maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure optimal functioning of machinery. Knowledge of quality control standards and techniques applicable to concrete batching and production. Proficiency in basic computer usage and ability to work with control systems or batching software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the quality and consistency of concrete mixes. Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative production environment while adhering to safety protocols and timelines. Experience in a similar role within the construction or precast concrete industry is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in concrete technology or plant operations are advantageous.
