Key Job Responsibilities
1) Office daily admin: Manage office supplies, fixed assets, meetings, receptions, document filing and office upkeep to guarantee smooth branch daily operations.
2) Official platform compliance: Maintain & renew Saudi government systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem), follow local labor policies to avoid compliance risks.
3) Expat HR affairs: Complete expatriates’ entry/exit formalities, staff file management, payroll accounting, social insurance & welfare payment; issue various official certificates and manage employee relations.
4) Overall coordination: Support cross-department work and finish temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.
Skills
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above, HR/Administration/Finance related majors preferred.
2) Min. 2 years HR & admin experience; familiar with Saudi labor rules and government platforms is prioritized.
3) Proficient in English for daily office work and external communication; basic Arabic skills are a plus.
4) Master HR & admin procedures, able to independently handle overseas HR and admin work.
5) Detail-minded, strong execution & stress tolerance, willing to stay long-term in Saudi Arabia, keep strict confidentiality.
