About the Role
MAJID AL FUTTAIM is seeking a highly experienced Manager - Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting business growth through strategic supply chain initiatives.
Role Overview
The Manager - Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing critical supply chain functions, including warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, stock management, and logistics projects. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and cost reduction while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and expansion plans.
- Lead logistics and supply chain projects across warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, and digital operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Ensure proper stock management, availability, and inventory control within distribution centers.
- Oversee customs compliance and stay informed of regulatory changes impacting supply chain operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop supply chain teams, ensuring effective performance management and succession planning.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and logistics.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
