About the Role

Rasan Construction is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team in Makkah. This full-time leadership position is crucial for managing procurement operations within the construction and real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction projects.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes and analyze technical and financial proposals.
• Oversee contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate for optimal pricing and contractual terms.
• Coordinate directly with project management to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Supervise and develop the procurement team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a strong supplier network and an effective database.
• Experience with ERP systems.
