About the Role

Silah Tamkeen is seeking an Engineering Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training across various engineering disciplines. This full-time position is based in 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training across various engineering disciplines.
• Develop structured training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Provide practical instruction in engineering drawing, drafting techniques, and engineering design applications.
• Deliver hands-on training using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Revit.
• Demonstrate engineering design and drafting applications relevant to each discipline.
• Conduct theoretical and practical assessments to evaluate trainees’ engineering competencies.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide engineering guidance and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare progress and performance reports.
• Ensure training delivery aligns with relevant engineering standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering training.
• Proven hands-on experience with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Revit.
• Practical experience in engineering drafting and design across multiple engineering disciplines, preferably including:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Architectural Engineering
  • Structural Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Road & Infrastructure Engineering
  • HVAC & Plumbing Engineering

Required Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
• Ability to deliver effective theoretical and practical engineering training.
