We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in Lebanese restaurants , strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to effectively supervise the restaurant team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, guide, and support waiters and other front-of-house team members during shifts.
• Ensure guests receive professional, friendly, and attentive service at all times.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with restaurant standards and procedures
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Ensure the restaurant, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and properly prepared.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift allocation, and attendance monitoring.
• Train and coach team members on customer service, restaurant procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor staff appearance, grooming, and professional conduct.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure operational checklists are completed.
• Assist management in maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a Lebanese restaurant is essential.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and front-of-house service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a restaurant team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
