Athlath, one of the projects under Aruqat Al-Riyadah Group, is a factory with innovative technologies focused on creating sustainable solutions to maximize the impact of Adahi meat using advanced food preservation technologies to process and store meat for long periods. This contributes to supporting those in need throughout the year, reducing logistical costs, and rationalizing energy consumption, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Job Responsibilities: Lead the achievement of the company's strategic and operational goals, with a primary focus on developing the factory and enhancing its operational efficiency, alongside effectively managing and leading the team. The incumbent is responsible for leading product innovation and development initiatives, attracting investments, and building strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. They also ensure the effective use and allocation of resources to achieve annual operational and strategic goals, supporting the company's sustainable growth and expansion.
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in the industrial and food manufacturing sectors. Proven experience in factory development and management, including improving operational efficiency and productivity. Strong experience in building and managing strategic partnerships. Experience in attracting investments and identifying growth and expansion opportunities. Experience in product development and innovation. Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams. A proven track record of achieving operational and strategic goals. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
