We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Cluster Security Manager to oversee security operations for our prestigious Raffles & Fairmont properties in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies across the cluster while ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest security standards in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and protocols across all cluster properties to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices
• Lead, train, and supervise security personnel, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures
• Manage security systems and technology infrastructure, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and integration
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and implementing crisis management procedures
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with hotel management, operations, and guest services teams to balance security requirements with exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain detailed security records, documentation, and audit trails in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Conduct regular security audits and inspections to verify adherence to established protocols and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and deliver security training programs for staff at all levels, emphasizing awareness and emergency response procedures
• Manage security budgets and vendor relationships, optimizing resources while maintaining service quality
• Stay current with emerging security threats, industry trends, and technological advancements in the hospitality sector

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Proven expertise in hospitality or luxury property security operations
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm management
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex security situations and develop effective solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and interact professionally with guests and stakeholders
• Thorough understanding of emergency response procedures and crisis management protocols
• Knowledge of local Saudi Arabian security regulations and international security standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability for emergencies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion
• Physical capability to perform security rounds and respond to incidents as needed
• Preferred: Certification in security management or hospitality security
• Preferred: Experience with advanced security technologies and threat assessment methodologies

• Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
• experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
• Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
• A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
