Job description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Florist with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team in Jeddah, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for floral arrangements, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail or event-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create original floral arrangements for retail sales, events, weddings, and corporate clients.
• Install and decorate the bridal couch and wedding booth
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering creative suggestions.
• Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and plants, including watering, pruning, and arranging displays.
• Manage inventory, including ordering flowers, tools, and Supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and flower displays.
• Stay up-to-date with floral trends, seasonal designs, and flower care techniques.
• Assist with in-store visual merchandising and promotional displays.

Skills

• Preferred to be based in Jeddah.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a florist or floral designer.
• Strong knowledge of flower types, seasonal availability, and floral design techniques.
• Ability to create a variety of arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, and large installations.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Fluency in English is required
