About the Role

Turkish Sweets Trading Corporation is seeking a Cashier Accountant to join its team in the city of Al-Baha. This role offers an opportunity for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience to work full-time, where the employee will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions and providing excellent customer service.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Count and record cash at the start of the shift, ensuring sufficient small denominations are available.
• Receive payments from customers in cash or via credit cards or other approved payment methods, issue necessary receipts, and reconcile remaining amounts accurately.
• Regularly update price lists, calculate the cost of goods or services, prepare invoices, and apply discounts when necessary.
• Reconcile cash received with total sales at the end of each shift, and report any discrepancies or resolve them according to procedures.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, and fulfill requests related to adding or removing items from purchase lists.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a related field, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Good numerical skills to handle prices, discounts, and cash reconciliation.
