Senior Multi-Technician – FM Requirements Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of relevant FM experience, preferably in commercial, residential, hospitality, or large facilities. Strong hands-on experience in MEP maintenance. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance systems. Ability to troubleshoot and rectify technical faults independently. Experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PPM/CM). Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, manuals, and technical documents. Experience using CMMS/CAFM systems for work orders and maintenance records. Good knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW, LOTO, and safe working practices. Ability to supervise and guide technicians and allocate daily tasks. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency breakdowns. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials. GCC/Saudi FM experience will be an advantage. Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred, if required for the position.
فني متعدد أول – دبلوم متطلبات FM / ITI / تخصص تقني في الكهرباء، الميكانيك، التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، أو مجال ذو صلة. خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5–7 سنوات في FM ذات صلة، ويفضل في القطاع التجاري، السكني، الضيافة، أو المنشآت الكبيرة. خبرة عملية قوية في صيانة MEP. معرفة جيدة بأنظمة HVAC، الكهرباء، السباكة، الميكانيكا، وصيانة المباني. القدرة على استكشاف الأخطاء الفنية وتصحيحها بشكل مستقل. خبرة في الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية (PPM/CM). القدرة على قراءة وفهم رسومات MEP، الكتيبات، والوثائق الفنية. خبرة في استخدام أنظمة CMMS/CAFM لأوامر العمل وسجلات الصيانة. معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، PTW، LOTO، وممارسات العمل الآمنة. القدرة على الإشراف وتوجيه الفنيين وتوزيع المهام اليومية. مهارات اتصال وتنسيق جيدة. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والاستجابة لأعطال الطوارئ. مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار. معرفة بالأدوات وقطع الغيار ومواد الصيانة. ستكون خبرة GCC/السعودية في FM ميزة. يفضَّل رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية، إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً للمنصب.
