Required to join a leading facilities management providing IFM, asset management, energy solutions to a range of clients in Saudi Arabia, The Senior FM Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational performance of service providers relating to road works (construction, operation and maintenance), street lighting, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Responsibilities include Operational oversight and performance management Risk Management Audits and Inspections Quality & Compliance Reporting & Analysis Stakeholder Management CAFM Systems
Applicants should meet the following criteria Bachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive industry experience with demonstrated technical capabilities Technical background on road works (construction, operation and maintenance), street lighting and well verse in policy and Saudi highway codes.15 years + experience A proven track record in managing the operational performance of service providers on large scale Facilities Management contracts Extensive Audit / Risk Management / Compliance experience Excellent communication / report writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook). Knowledge of CAFM/EAM systems and asset management principles The ideal candidate with based in Saudi Arabia and able to work on a single status basis. Accommodation & Transport will be provided.
