Main Responsibilities

The accountant in this role performs a set of essential tasks to ensure efficient financial operations, including:

• Preparing, organizing, and documenting expenditure documents, and following up on their auditing and approval by the approved regulatory authorities.
• Monitoring and documenting revenue collection and analyzing it periodically.
• Preparing accounting entries and recording all financial operations in the designated registers.
• Auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations with monthly statement checks.
• Monitoring current and capital expenditures based on the monthly financial position of budget items.
• Preparing the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to preparing and organizing the annual closing accounts.
• Auditing financial claims and ensuring they meet legal and financial conditions.
• Developing accounting methods and procedures and keeping up with scientific and technical developments in this field.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports in the area of expense and revenue accounting and storing them in the dedicated database.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of accounting.
