Job Overview

Dar Al-Muaddat Medical & Scientific Equipment Company announces its need for a Projects Management Director to join its team. This role aims to provide overall supervision of project and program management activities and oversee the development plans execution, ensuring objectives are met within the scheduled timelines and allocated budgets. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and Al-Kharj.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervise the development and execution processes of project and program plans in the entity.
• Direct and monitor budgeting estimates and determine human, technical, and equipment requirements for execution, ensuring they are provided on time and within the estimated cost.
• Oversee project assumptions determination and all interdependencies with other projects or programs to ensure optimal use of all available resources.
• Identify project risks and the steps needed to avoid and resolve them in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Coordinate with the project team to review completed work and remaining stages.
• Ensure adherence to the project scope and approved project management standards and quality specifications, and manage change processes based on the plans.
• Coordinate and monitor the completion of major project phases and project closeout.
• Assess the level of achievement of project outputs against its main objectives.
• Ensure transfer of all related knowledge and experience and document all project documents, templates, and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of project progress reports, challenge and risk management reports, KPI reports, and project success factors periodically.
• Submit related reports to different stakeholders involved in the project and forward them to the senior management of the entity.

Qualifications and Experience

This role requires practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in project management or a related field, ensuring the ability to effectively supervise the mentioned activities.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the cities of Riyadh and Al-Kharj, requiring presence at these sites as per work requirements.

Financial Benefits

The monthly salary is set at SAR 8,400, plus SAR 600 for each year of experience (including allowances).
