Role Description The Nursing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing day-to-day nursing operations within the assigned unit or department. This role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating schedules, managing staffing levels, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards. The Nursing Manager will monitor patient care quality, support critical care situations, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance safety and outcomes. Daily responsibilities also include mentoring and coaching team members, facilitating training, managing performance, and promoting a culture of collaboration and professional development. The role involves close communication with physicians, allied health professionals, patients, and families to ensure consistent, patient-centered care. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Nursing Management, including team leadership, staff supervision, and unit operations. Strong clinical background in Nursing and Patient Care, with a focus on safety, quality, and patient-centered practice. Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine sufficient to collaborate effectively in acute and complex care settings. Valid nursing license and eligibility to practice in Saudi Arabia, with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent recognized qualification. Several years of progressive clinical experience, including prior leadership or charge nurse responsibilities in hospital or clinical environments. Proficiency in clinical documentation, use of electronic health record systems, and adherence to local and international healthcare standards. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to continuous professional development, evidence-based practice, and participation in quality improvement and accreditation activities. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
