About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is dedicated to providing comprehensive after-sales support for customer issues, which includes repairs, technical assistance, and on-site service. The position involves planning and executing department operations, functioning with a degree of autonomy, and is guided by established policies and analysis of end results. The Customer Support Engineer is authorized to modify procedures and practices related to tasks, ensuring that final results meet acceptable standards for quality, volume, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of after-sales technical issues for customers, providing Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support as required.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to implement policy and strategy.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of best practices and understand how this area integrates with other functions, including working knowledge of competitors and market differentiators.
• Exercise judgment to propose diverse solutions beyond defined parameters for complex manufacturing processes involving various technical aspects or interdependent production cycles.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and potentially lead small projects with low risk and resource needs.
• Communicate performance expectations and manage sensitive issues effectively.
• A position at this level requires a People Leader capable of hiring and developing talent, including direct responsibility for personnel management, staffing, and performance development.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in the function and digital audio workstation.
• Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or a baccalaureate with experience in a relevant field.
